How do I start watching?
Pick any channel to get a free preview. When the preview ends, choose a plan and you will have full HD access straight away.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open your dashboard, where you can switch plans or cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
A stream won't load — what can I try?
Refresh the page, check your internet connection, and make sure your subscription is active. If it still won't play, email us the channel name and we'll take a look.
